The Macedonian Human Rights Movement of Canada organized a delegation of Macedonian human rights activists who participated at the 60th Session of the UN Commission on Human Rights, held 15 March – 23 April 2004 in Geneva, and who represented the plight of Macedonians in Albania, Bulgaria and Greece. The delegation was led by Dragi Stojkovski, Quick Response Chairperson of the MHRMC. Dr. Kimet Fetahu represented the Macedonians in Albania, Georgi Radulev represented the Macedonians in Bulgaria, while Archimandrite Nikodim Tsarknias represented the Macedonians in Greece.

The delegation made contacts with over 30 state delegations and representatives of international governmental and non-governmental organizations. Each delegation was presented with the specially prepared report for this conference, titled Human Rights Violations Against Ethnic Macedonians in Albania, Bulgaria and Greece, while some delegations also received other pertinent literature depicting the plight of Macedonians in all Balkan countries.
